Residents above 4th/5th floors in The Bronx & Upper Manhattan can expect low water pressure or brown water due to too many open hydrants. Stay safe —> Turn off hydrants & use a spray cap on any open hydrant. Contact @NYC311 to request a spray cap, or stop by a local firehouse!
New York City will deadass look you in the face and say you need to show ID to access a public street to watch fireworks but ID to vote is beyond the pale.
Wishcasting, she knows only antigun lower courts so far have ruled on AWBs and sensitive places. I'll want an update from her after the third circuit ruling on those topics.
This seems to be recorded before yesterday's cert grants.
The British accent is just perfection too. If I made it up it'd be too on the nose. On America's 250th, the managing director of litigation at an antigun group trying to take away your rights is a redcoat. Love it.
Kinda resent the sarcasm here, because it is exactly how we are treated in antigun blue states.
I mean, they literally use Jim Crow-style tactics. $2000 carry permits, years of wait times, excise taxes, two-day training course requirements, extensive documentation, etc.
Just a fraction of this level of obstruction to a constitutional right gets called "racist" in the SAVE Act context, so why not here?
Gun owners very much are an oppressed minority in a handful of states.
They just finished fucking you on citizenship, so they dropped a little morsel for all the sycophants to eat up.
Just something to keep your belly full of hope until next year when they fuck you on this, too.
There's a lot of tough times in 2A law, where it feels like we take loss after loss from courts not operating in good faith.
So we really have to savor the good times when they come.

Cert grants in hardware cases!
And that's just the biggest stuff. We also have beneficial ATF rule changes, a Fifth Circuit ruling that creates a split as to suppressors, a DOJ Civil Rights division filing a torrent of lawsuits to defend the Second Amendment, and more.
It will not always be this good, and the empire will always strike back. So enjoy it when it is!
So let me get this straight.
The House passes Internet ID (ending anonymity/free speech online) but not Voter ID (to prevent election fraud) meanwhile the Supreme Court rejects ending Birthright Citizenship—the entire US Government is against the American people at this point.
And hey, Kavanaugh kept his promise shockingly.
He said in our (NAGR's) denial of cert for our AR15 ban lawsuit last year that SCOTUS would “address the AR-15 issue soon, in the next term or two.”
