@Samsez17@DerryBryson@jsolomonReports Neither of his impeachments was over Russian interference in our election. (The first was about him trying to strongarm him into getting Ukraine to interfere in our election, the second was over his attempted coup.) None of this even sounds like a crime, let alone TREASON.
@MilaLovesJoe #SIGH IF these tax cuts are enacted you can be sure there will be many more for billionaires. The House passed a budget resolution a few weeks ago calling for trillions in tax cuts for the rich - offset by trillions in cuts for services for working Americans.
@awinston Apparently the offending slide referred to the number of humanitarian workers killed in Gaza, NOT the number of civilian deaths. Which probably makes this cancellation even less defensible. And let's not even talk about objecting to her objection to cuts to USAID. Shameful.
@The_x_Truth@karlykingsley Yeah, except they've basically been rounded up en masse and not individually vetted for criminality. And tattoos are not a crime or else Pete Hegseth would likely be in prison.
@cremieuxrecueil Would be true IF SAT scores were the only or even the best criteria for college admission. But of course they're not and at NYU they're optional. So this is just a bunch of racist BS, probably by folks who couldn't get in to NYU.
@Michell33650674 Let's be really clear: the people responsible for Trump's crimes are Trump and his toadies - not Biden, not Harris. Let's fight the correct enemy; we have a big enough fight.
@TheRichFromCali Seeing as how he participated in insurrection or rebellion against the United States and so is disqualified by the 14th Amendment from holding any office of trust or profit under the United States, then yes, he should be blocked.
@Jordanunbroken2@sam_verdict@EndWokeness Again, you should read the Constitution as to how it defines treason. Anyway, if treason - or "even" espionage - were any everyday occurrence in the military that's a hell of a problem and an awfully big whistle you should blow.
@Jordanunbroken2@sam_verdict@EndWokeness Funny, in about two seconds of searching I turned up official records of 1744 court martial convictions of Army personnel - ranging from destruction of property to possession of child porn. I'm to believe treason - the worst crime there is - wouldn't be listed? Right.
@Jordanunbroken2@sam_verdict@EndWokeness Okay, then you can name some cases of service members being charged with TREASON. Not desertion. Not espionage. Not any other crime major or minor, but TREASON. (And you can specify your role in these proceedings.)
@Jordanunbroken2@sam_verdict@EndWokeness Only one person has been charged with treason since the 1950s. I find it difficult to believe that military personnel are charged with treason every day. Please provide details on cases of military personnel so charged and your involvement in those cases.
@Jordanunbroken2@sam_verdict@EndWokeness Nope. The dictionary is not the law of the United States. Again, you might want to glance at the Constitution - Article III, Section 3. (You'd think a philologist would know the value of consulting original texts.)
