🚨 અમદાવાદ પ્લેન ક્રેશના પ્રાથમિક રિપોર્ટમાં થયેલ મુખ્ય ખુલાસાઓ :

બન્ને એન્જિન હવામાં જ બંધ થયા, ફ્યુલ સ્વીચ 'RUN' માંથી 'CUTOFF' માં જતી રહી.

RAT (Ram Air Turbine) એક્ટિવ થયું એટલે સંપૂર્ણ પાવર લોસ

એન્જિન 1 થોડું રિકવર થયું પણ એન્જિન 2 બીજી વાર શરૂ ન થઈ શક્યું.

ફ્યુલમાં કોઈ ભેળસેળ નહીં, સંપૂર્ણ રીતે સાફ.

ફ્લેપ્સ 5 ડીગ્રી ઉપર, લેન્ડિ��ગ ગેર નીચે હતા - ટેકઓફ માટે અનુકૂળ સેટિંગ

કોઈ બર્ડ હિટ નહીં, વાતાવરણ સાફ, હલકી એવી હવા અને દ્રશ્યતા પણ સારી

બન્ને પાયલટ સ્વસ્થ, અનુભવી અને આરામ કરેલો.

FAA એ પહેલાં જ ફ્યુલ સ્વીચની ડિજાઇનની ખામીને લઈને ચેતવણી આપી હતી પરંતુ એર ઇન્ડિયાએ નિરીક્ષણ ન કરાવ્યું.

વિમાનનું વજન અને સંતુલન બરાબર હતું, અને વિમાનમાં કોઈ ખતરનાક સામાન ન હતો.
