CCI finds JAL to be in violation of Section 4(2)(a)(i) of the ACT and imposed a penalty of Rs. 13.82 crore which for imposing onesided clause for homebuyers of Jaypee Besides, a cease and desist order has also been issued to JAL. #JUSTIN @FCCI_Trust

Also asked UOI for manning up NCLT &NCLAT
Stay on all the proceedings in NCLT and NCLAT until all application are taken up individually by them
