We are reopening our KYC service from now until 1/15/2025 at 11:59 PM UTC. In light of the activities we’ve detected, strict anti-sybil policies will be implemented to ensure the integrity and fairness of the token sale. Again, bots and farms will be excluded from the Community Sale.

New account registration and KYC will close on 1/15/2025 at 11:59 PM UTC. Buidlpad will conduct eligibility checks after this and publish the results before the subscription begins. Only addresses who are confirmed as eligible will be able to subscribe and commit funds on our page anytime during the subscription period from 1/16/2025 at 10 AM UTC to 1/17/2025 at 11:59 PM UTC. Any attempts to circumvent our rules will be detected, and funds will be returned at a later date.

Updated Subscription Mechanism:
• Allocation Method: The number of LAYER tokens each participant can purchase will be determined by the ratio of their committed amount to the total subscription pool from all eligible participants.
• Cap Removal: The previously mentioned hard cap on the total subscription amount will be removed. If the total interest exceeds $10.5M, all participants’ final allocation amount will be proportionally scaled down, and the remaining capital will be returned. For example, if the total subscription amount reaches $25M with 20,000 eligible participants contributing $1,250 each, the final allocation for each of these participants will be $525 and $725 will be returned.
• Confirmation: Participants will be able to view their final allocation amount on our page by 1/20/2025 10 AM UTC. Any remaining capital from excess subscription of eligible participants will be returned.

Subscription Limits:
• Minimum Subscription: 50 USDC or USDT, or the equivalent USD value in SOL, WIF, BONK, sUSD, and sSOL.
• Maximum Subscription: 2,000 USDC or USDT, or the equivalent USD value in SOL, WIF, BONK, sUSD, and sSOL. A list of existing Solayer users based on the snapshot of 1/10/2025 at 6:05 AM UTC has been provided to Buidlpad by @solayer_labs. The maximum subscription limit for these users is 3,000 USD. However, the list will undergo anti-sybil analysis. Please note that users are not able to change their wallet address previously registered with Buidlpad.

Important Note: Buidlpad reserves the right to make determination regarding KYC, eligibility of addresses and subscriptions at any point, even after funds have been transferred. We may end the KYC service at any time if deemed appropriate. Any transfers deemed ineligible will not be considered as part of the subscription and will be returned at a later date.
