@UPS_UK So I called you, and spent 55 minutes on the phone, to see if at least you can change the delivery for a pick up. The answer “you have to wait for a third delivery and then call us again to escalate it”. You are a terrible company that cares a fuck about your customers.
@UPS_UK You cannot be less professional. Two days waiting at home for you to say “delivery attempted” when it is bullshit. And I cannot change the delivery because there is no infonotice -of course, as you did not come. And happened twice!!

@monese We were been scammed by someone saying it was from the Ministry of Justice. We went to the police, we know the account numbers of the scammers in the other bank and we made lot of progress, but we need you to get in touch with them. We’ve been chasing you for two weeks
