This week, Zhenge He and Nana Asmau explored different aspects of Hajj in groups, and planned mini lessons on a specific topic to deliver to the rest of the class!
This week AD explored the rights of neighbours in Islam. The children expressed their thoughts through drawings and wrote sentences about different scenarios!
This week class Nana Asmau looked at the life of the famous Muslim explorer, Zhenge He. They used his story as an example of achieving great goals, and keeping good company around you to help the process!
This week in Mansa Musa, students learnt of the story of Prophet Ibrahim (A.S) and they created a storyboard detailing what they had learnt of his timeline!
This week, students in Keumalahayati looked at ‘Superhero’ prophets and messengers in Islam and the qualities required for them to be successful in their mission! They designed their own superheroes as part of their activity.
This week, NA were tasked with guided, independent research into a passage of their choice from the Quran! Each student picked a passage that they were interested in and that they had not yet studied in class. Then, the students brought the passage to life with arts and crafts!
Continuing with the theme of Dua, Keumalahayati learnt about the 99 names of Allah that can be implored to make our Duaas meaningful! Students made posters on their favourite attribute to consolidate their learning.
