The old man's entire legacy is built around nullifying the 2017 elections.

David Maraga is one of the MOST incompetent chief justices Kenya has ever had.

He presided over the most CORRUPT judiciary in Kenya.

As chief justice, he never instituted any changes within the judicial system to enhance access to JUSTICE for the poor.

By the time he was leaving as chief justice, the judiciary was grappling with a backlog of cases dating back to the 1960s.

The truth is, Maraga should be at home playing with his grandchildren.

He spent many years working in government, and there's nothing new he can introduce.

Fact that EPRA can play around with petroleum product prices at will shows how uninformed and ungrounded this formulae is. I doubt if they base their final price on anything. I think anything goes for them. What is the formulae? And its justification? Under what law is it grounded? Who checks EPRA and what is the yardstick? Can a CS/PS of concerned ministry dictate the price which is subsequently fixed? First institution Kenyans need to deal with is EPRA. We should look at conflicts of interest each board of director at a time. If they don’t have a constitution protection, they should all go. If they have they should still go.
