What kind of services do service providers like @MTN ( since Saturday chasing them- visits & online to resolve PUK issue), @gtbank since Saturday too hasn't credited cable tv subscription nor refunded my money. You have to chase them with your money and time.

@gtbank All attempts at reaching out to you is frustrating. All your channels have streamlined questions that do not allow customers to lay their complaints. Calling you is out of the question. I bank with other banks and all their channels allow you to register your complaints

You pay @gtbank for a service and it takes like forever for them to render it. You get sms alerts several day/ weeks after a transaction- even multiple alerts on a transaction so they can try to justify your money the deduct. What a shame

@gtbank is the most customer unfriendly bank I have ever seen. They give you poor/ no service and make it near impossible for you to complain. I am seriously disgusted at their services.
