@toolken1@NerdBoiTakes Sure we don’t have 100% certainly but you never do. NFL draft capital, late szn production, playoff production, and FF adp all support Loveland being the 1 or 2 in the offense. Nothing is certain, but the jump is absolutely expected.
Agreed if he hits he hits BIG
@AlexCaptainCook@SigmundBloom And the bengals already had tee Higgins when they drafted Chase. 🤷♂️ JSN was just an example of how a high value position can provide an immense return on a rookie contract (and he was same draft class).
@SigmundBloom Sure but also if they drafted JSN instead of Gibbs, they’d have gotten a heck of a lot more excess value on the rookie contract and have a Superstar WR (that they do need to figure out how to pay) but seems like a good problem to have.
@SigmundBloom I do agree the ability to resign a great player for not much money is probably a bit underrated so it’s not as cut and dry as only draft high positional value in round 1.
@LateRoundQB@EthanGilworth Pretty sure your draft capital adjustments work exactly opposite. He mentioned his picks 1-10 are tightly clustered and the middle rounds it spreads out whereas if I understand your model it has large gaps in round 1 and condenses as you get later (which is much better imo)
@StickToTheModel@4WhomJBellTolls Very cool site! I also did notice it lets you trade the same asset twice as well, so would be a bug to fix but really enjoyed playing around with it!!!
