LeBron fans HATE Steph Curry because his career creates the one comparison they desperately want to avoid:

What if Steph didn’t just disrupt LeBron’s era? What if he ultimately surpassed it?

Claim: “LeBron had the better career because this era was harder and he had to keep moving to find enough help.”

Reality: Steph stayed with one franchise, won 4 championships, built a dynasty, and never needed to become a basketball mercenary to do it.

Claim: “LeBron is the defining player of this generation.”

Reality: Steph changed the sport itself. He changed spacing, shot selection, roster construction, youth basketball, and what teams believed was possible from 30 feet.

Claim: “LeBron never had a teammate as good as Kevin Durant.”

Reality: Fine. Steph won before Durant, with Durant, and after Durant.

Claim: “LeBron dominated his era.”

Reality: Steph beat him 3 times in the Finals.

You cannot dominate an era when your greatest contemporary builds the dynasty, changes the game, and repeatedly takes the crown from you.

And this is where the conversation gets uncomfortable:

LeBron has the longevity totals.

Steph has the dynasty, the one-team legacy, the transformational impact, the 4 championships, and the head-to-head edge on the biggest stage.

At some point, “more years” stops being an automatic trump card.

Steph Curry didn’t merely interfere with LeBron’s career narrative. He may have built the better one.

@VinnysCorner1 Curry shouldn’t be on this list I know KD was the main scorer & final mvp for 2017/18 but Curry was and only is a 1st Option it’s just he couldn’t score bc the league really realized how dangerous he was once pass half so he gets ganged leading to someone else (KD) to score more.
