Brennan's Kingston Flemings at #8 to Atlanta becomes the highest drafted San Antonio product since Shaquille O'Neal in 1992. Happy for Kingston, ATL was his destination of choice.
San Antonio native Kingston Flemings watches enough basketball to know the #Spurs had a magical season. And that they likely won't select him in Tuesday's NBA Draft.
"They're out of my range," he says.

Matt Barnes blames Mitch Johnson for the Spurs blowing massive leads in the Finals:
“There's things that Mitch could have did to call timeouts and flip the thing. The thing that caught my eye the most is they hit the most threes in the first half, like 13 threes, and then they come out and start anywhere from like 0-for-7 or 0-for-9 from the three-point line. If after, I'm a coach, after three of those motherf***ers, I'm calling a timeout and telling my team, 'Yo, okay listen, we hit a lot of threes, they're not going right now, that's not the only thing we do. Let me get a pick-and-roll with Harper and Wemby and then play out of that.' But I'm not going to continue to let my team shoot that many threes as the other team is scoring.”

The Spurs have been on the receiving end of some pretty heartbreaking losses in the playoffs over the years
2006: Ginobli foul on Dirk
2004: Derek Fisher shot with .04 left
2013: Ray Allen three in the finals
2015: Chris Paul miracle shot
2026: Knicks 29 point comeback
I don’t know about “rigged” but the Spurs definitely have the right to be the pissed off ones. OG didn’t get any of the ball, but there was certainly a lot of body contact, and he hit Fox’s arm. Stephon Castle was also not out of bounds on that baseline play. 2 brutal blunders from the zebras at the worst time. They were clearly caught up in the atmosphere and it was obvious early.
