We are a gaming community dedicated to Roleplay in Fallout76 and beyond. Fancy yourself a storyteller, a role-player? We would love to meet you! PS & Xbox Only
The Wasteland Jamboree held in Sutton West Virginia reminded us of what this community is all about.
Through our Wasteland Survivor Stories booth, we had the chance to meet so many of you—hearing your character stories, your personal connections to Fallout, and the passion that keeps this world alive. It was more than a meet and greet. It was connection. It was storytelling. It was community.
We captured some of those moments in a montage we’re proud to share. Thank you and the amazingly gracious folks of West Virginia for making it unforgettable and thank you to Fallout for Hope & Butter Popcorn for putting together an event that will be remembered forever.

No apology necessary.
The wasteland has taught all of us to be cautious, especially when past actions have left scars that haven't fully healed. Trust is earned through actions, not words, and I respect your willingness to address the matter directly.
Your updates will be appreciated, and know that Five-0 personnel will be conducting our own investigations as well. The more eyes we have on this situation, the better our chances of preventing further harm to the people of Appalachia.
Stay safe in the field. Leaders willing to stand beside their teams rather than behind them are becoming a rare sight these days.
— Commander Johns
Appreciate the clarification.
The Responders have never been interested in assigning blame before the facts are known. Right now, our concern is the safety of the people of Appalachia and containing whatever threat is spreading across the region.
It's good to hear your scientist are already investigating possible containment measures. If your findings can help protect civilians, we hope you will share it.
Until we know more, our personnel will continue patrols, aid operations, and support any settlements caught in the path of this crisis.
Stay vigilant. Keep your people safe.
- Cmdr. Johns
@FFive0@JSwim1983 Seems at this point we share a common goal commander Johns. To your crew and yourself good luck and stay safe. My lead scientist is currently doing research and seeing what we can do to contain this. Also to be clear this was not our branches doing. God Bless America.
Flatwoods remains standing, friend. The lights are on, the roads are watched, and the spirit of the Responders endures.
No matter how far your travels take you, Appalachia has a way of calling its people home. When that day comes, you'll find there's still work to do and stories yet to be written.
Until then, stay safe out there. Some battles aren't fought in the wasteland, but they're no less important.
Mayor,
Appreciate the vote of confidence. Appalachia has never been short on threats, but the Responders have never backed down from a job.
Five-0 is monitoring the situation and preparing a response. Tell the people of Flatwoods to stay vigilant—we'll do our part.
Strength Through Diplomacy.

Leave it to Lt. Raedes to answer a wildlife call and come back with enough beauty to make the rest of us forget we're living in a wasteland.
Excellent field report, Lieutenant. Keep documenting what remains worth saving.

I’d said I was trying to get back to posting as regularly as I could… then promptly didn’t start w/the gorgeous post I’d been finishing.
Lt. Mal Raedes, New Responder “Critter Guy,” responding to a call about some unusual — and gorgeous — wildlife behavior. #Fallout#Fallout76
That depends on how severe the reports become, citizen.
The Forest has always been considered protected territory for newer Vault Dwellers trying to find their footing in Appalachia. If infestations begin threatening settlements, roads, or first-time survivors, expect 5-0 patrol elements to increase presence in the region.
Just understand—we can’t be everywhere at once.
If you see unusual activity, increased hostiles, or areas becoming unsafe, report it through proper channels and our patrol officers will investigate.
Until then… keep your Pipboy close, stay off unfamiliar roads after dark, and remember—
Strength Through Diplomacy doesn’t mean we won’t show up prepared.
— Cmdr. Johns
THE JOB returns.
The 5-0 New Responders are bringing back immersive community requisitions — in-game assignments that ANY member of the greater Fallout community can complete.
Soon, players will be able to visit our upcoming website, choose a JOB from our growing requisition video board, complete the assignment in Appalachia, and report to the 5-0 Armory for in-game turn-in.
No pressure. No barriers. Just immersive community interaction, storytelling, and a chance to experience the world of the Responders firsthand.
Whether you’re a scavenger, trader, mercenary, photographer, or wandering Vault Dweller… there’s always WORK to be done in Appalachia.
Stay tuned for the official launch of THE JOBS board.
Strength Through Diplomacy.

The Volunteer ID Cards of the 5-0 are more than just member profiles — they are windows into the stories of the wasteland.
Each card is designed to introduce the greater Fallout community to the characters, personalities, and histories of the volunteers who make up our ranks, while also creating opportunities for new role-play threads, interactions, and storytelling across Appalachia.
Every scar, title, faction, and biography is a potential conversation. A new alliance. A new mission. A new story waiting to unfold.
These cards are our way of blending community identity with immersive role-play, allowing both longtime members and first-time visitors to connect with the people behind the characters.
In the wasteland, introductions matter.

And Appalachia is better for it, Lt.
Members like you are the reason the Fallout 5-0 has endured all these years. Consistent. Loyal. Willing to step forward when the wasteland needs Responders.
Proud to stand beside you, brother. 🫡

Any community creatives recommend a 3-D printer? We would love to create some special items for the 2028 Wasteland Jamboree straight from the source.

Our new Fallout Five-0 Member ID Cards are more than just character profiles — they’re designed to be an entry point into RP for members of the greater Fallout community.
Each card gives a quick look into a character’s background, region, platform, and personality, while also helping others understand how to approach or interact with them in the wasteland.
For players unfamiliar with our community, these cards create easy threads for conversation, storytelling, alliances, investigations, trade, conflict, or ongoing RP opportunities.
Every character has a story. This helps bring those stories to life.

Those old GI Joe file cards were such a huge influence on character building and storytelling growing up. It’s cool seeing other people carry that same energy into Fallout RP.
That kind of personal history and evolution of a character is exactly the sort of immersive storytelling we love seeing in the wasteland.
Not at all. Fallout Five-0 has always been about community, creativity, storytelling, and giving people a place to belong and engage in the Fallout universe together.
When we mention our “internal community,” we simply mean the members who actively participate in our roleplay stories, events, and operations. The “greater Fallout community” refers to the wider player base beyond our own group that we also enjoy interacting with through events, conventions, socials, broadcasts, and collaborations.
We absolutely do not exclude people based on mental or physical challenges. Many members of gaming communities, including ours, come from all walks of life and different circumstances, and we believe Fallout is at its best when it brings people together.
The #WastelandJamboree was one of the most impactful events we’ve ever attended. Being surrounded by Fallout fans in person — seeing the incredible creativity, cosplay, storytelling, and communities people have built — truly inspired us and reignited our passion as a group.
Since returning home, we’ve been hard at work behind the scenes reenergizing everything: from our website and internal community, to the way we engage with the greater Fallout community as a whole.
This experience reminded us why we started Fallout 5-0 in the first place.
And trust us… we’re already planning for an incredible Wasteland Jamboree in 2028.
