My personal feelings on BlueCo and management of the club are these:
1) Winstanley and Eghbali CANNOT continue interfering in team selections. This is part of a culture of protecting player values over results and its acutely damaging to the club's status and success.
@richschaller54@carefreeleon@Neilchelsea@LMCChelsea I dont think anyone believes the FAB or some lines of communication with the club arent important. The debate will always be the degree to which to FAB balances the thoughts of all fans with maintaining that relationship.
@whitewall618431 They took no time whatsoever to understand the culture of the club or English football. In true American corporate style they waltzed in, bulldozed our identity and have made everything, including the brand value worse.
Sick to death of these cancers speaking on stages at conferences in the US and allowed to waffle corporate bollocks about their plans as if their plans aren't moronic and they aren't the most disastrous owners in the clubs history. Speak to the matchgoing supporters you cowards.
On the multi-club model with BlueCo owning both Chelsea and Strasbourg:
Boehly: "What we're really trying to do is to cultivate great players, great coaches, great academies. All of it to make sure that we have a comprehensive approach to how we develop players, develop teams, develop coaches.
"When you lend a player to another club, you don't have the ability to ensure that that player plays. Because, of course, it's usually up to the coach, and the coach really doesn't have the same agenda that an owner necessarily has.
"What you're trying to figure out is how you land on a common agenda, because of course, the owner is thinking about 'How are we winning today but how are we also preparing for the future?' And of course, the coach, the manager, they have to win today.
"So there's a massive kind of tension that gets created, but in the multi-club model, what we're trying to do is to make sure that the players that we want to cultivate will be on the pitch, because that's how they get experience, that’s how they understand the pressure."
@RubinWeston@LewisRoss1872@ChelsGraceO What no PM has been brave enough to say, is that these trends are creating even more animosity and division. Theyd do a lot more to tackle racism and discriminatiom by tackling this desperate drive to appear progressive
@RubinWeston@LewisRoss1872@ChelsGraceO As you know, i work at a school. My previous school identified that ethnic minority kids received more detentions and encouraged staff to be more lenient so as not to 'discriminate'. Absurd
