Yesterday in Gatunda, @NyagatareDistr , FH Rwanda recognized innovative saving groups that are turning ideas into thriving businesses. Winners received startup capital to scale businesses in tailoring, agribusiness, food processing, and agriculture.

Food for the Hungry Care Group Volunteers in Nyagihanga, Gatsibo District, united to support a vulnerable resident by molding 500 bricks for a house and latrine and committing RWF 71,000 toward construction costs. A powerful demonstration of community ownership and solidarity.

One season ago, many farmers in Nyamasheke, Ngororero & Gisagara doubted Conservation Agriculture. Today, through practices like minimum tillage & mulching, they are seeing healthier soils, reduced erosion, lower costs, and better yields with less labor. Thanks @WFP with FH.
