On the first day, partners reviewed the updated KISP logframe and discussed how each organisation’s work supports the overall results. KISP partners also examined KISP’s performance, highlighting achievements, gaps in evidence, and areas that need more focus.
FIDA-Kenya is in Nyeri County this week for a 3-day review workshop with other KISP partners. The goal is to improve how the programme works together, stays accountable & adapts to changes as we approach the 2027 elections.
Day 1 | KISP Programme Review & Management Workshop 2026
KISP partners gathered in Nyeri to review programme performance, unpack the revised logframe, identify implementation gaps and strengthen accountability and evidence-based decision-making.
