physical assaulted and harmed the area nominated Mca Joy Muthoni Mwangi on Monday this week.
This is not the first time this has happened,last year his bodyguard Physical assaulted her but she decided not to pursue the matter though she took an OB.
But this time around the Mca has beaten her personally so this is too much.
