The @usedgov just issued a letter to ALL SCHOOLS across the country, reminding them of their obligation to abide by Parental Rights Law, or risk losing federal funding.
Schools that violate the rights of parents and students must be held accountable.
Thank you, President Trump. Schools are ground zero for this indoctrination. No child is born in the wrong body. Please go after every school district still pushing this destructive lie onto vulnerable children. @realDonaldTrump
Huge victory for our team at the 11th Circuit! After 3 years of litigation, the full court affirmed the constitutionality of Florida’s ban on children attending sexualized drag shows.
Great work by Solicitor General Dave Dewhirst, who argued the case on the state’s behalf!
Nine years ago today, our family met with Rep. (now Senator) Erin Grall and asked her to consider sponsoring legislation affirming the fundamental rights of parents. She not only agreed, she became our legislative champion, sponsoring what would become the Florida Parents’ Bill of Rights.
Little did we know that passing what seemed like a commonsense bill would become such a hard-fought battle. After years of perseverance, it was signed into law in 2021. Even more remarkable, a national movement was sparked to restore and protect parental rights. This movement continues today as we work to fully re-establish these fundamental rights.
The Florida Parents’ Bill of Rights affirms that:
“Parents have the fundamental right to make decisions regarding the upbringing, education, and health care of their children.”
There is still much more to do here in Florida. Especially in the next legislative session regarding parental rights in healthcare. For more information, follow @FLParentsRights.
TODAY is a NEW DAY for #ParentalRights!
@CivilRights will restore parental authority—no secret transitions, no hiding info from parents, no surveys without consent.
We WILL investigate, litigate & defund as necessary.

Aaron DiPietro, from @FLFamilyVoice, share on how important HB 173/SB 166 are in restoring parental rights in healthcare.
SB 166/HB 173 will not pass this year, we are hopeful that it will be sponsored again next year.

6 years ago. Fighting to get the Parents' Bill of Rights passed. Covid arrived and the bill passed in 2021. Now it is 2026. I only wish it didn't take a crisis for legislators to pass good bills on behalf of parents and families. HB 173 and SB 166 must pass this year.
