More good news on the insurance front. Florida Peninsula Insurance Company is lowering average homeowner’s rates by 8.4% and 12% for condos.

There’s more work to be done but we’re continuing to see market stabilization and rate reductions across the market.

This isn’t entirely accurate. The settlement was finalized months before it aired. He requested the company to perform an illegal distribution by bypassing his public adjuster, which they refused, after which he stopped communicating. The court filings, including emails, are available on the clerk’s website. It seems he’s now being used as a pawn by the trial bar as he is also a trial attorney.
