@TomaszAlexandra@PolitlcsUK It's not mandatory just a recommended guideline, so employers don't have to legally follow it which is why they want to make it mandatory.
The @BBC now needs to make a public statement about how it will support, & provide actual credits for, those breaking into TV. With #Holby & #Doctors gone I don't know where new writers & those wanting to work in editorial will go. The pipeline isn't just broken, it's gone.
Would you like to see Olivia Colman and Jessie Buckley clad in period garb, screaming hilarious profanities at one another? Then ‘Wicked Little Letters’ is the film for you. https://t.co/bwqDEiu8Bx
Can anybody help me with getting press involved please? I'll write anything. We need him home. We need our friend home.

Neither the WGA or SAG-AFTRA is calling for a consumer boycott right now. If you want to support the strike, we're asking folks to:
1) Boost our message on social media
2) Donate to the Entertainment Community Fund, which supports affected workers https://t.co/HmUJCZaH2r
It’s easy to normalise The Telegraph and other right-wing media spreading lies about minorities but this is not a normal way to exist. Journalists are intentionally stoking hatred against disabled people in this country. Nothing less.
@CraigIrvinee @shitterly@AyoCaesar That's not what we were talking about though is it. We were talking about trans women's ability to breast feed, in which you were proven wrong. Again, just because the existance of trans people makes you uncomfortable doesn't mean you can spout incorrect information.
@CraigIrvinee @shitterly@AyoCaesar Yes she is supportive of trans people but laboratory results are laboratory results so that's all that matters really.
@CraigIrvinee @AyoCaesar Unsure what is false about my statment? Trans people on HRT can produce breast milk to feed their children... just as Mika has demonstrated. That is a fact even if it makes you uncomfortable.
@CraigIrvinee @AyoCaesar Yes they can produce enough to feed a baby! Especially as they state that both parents were breast feeding at the time. Wanting to feed your child when they are hungry and supporting your partner is perfectly normal. Adoptive parents & Lesbians have been doing this forever!
