"The schizo science behind 700K Dayrates by 2027"
I wrote an offshore article , would love to hear some thoughts. $VAL $RIG $SDRL #offshore

"Okay so why doesn't China bid 5x for EU scrap or Indian or whatever?"
Those nations are already actively trying to restrict Tungsten exports. They won't allow their companies to sell their manufacturing ability (Tungsten) even if the USA bids are juicy
Secundary supply "could've" closed the gap. Easily.
China choose not to burn it's own circulating tungsten, each recycling pass burns 5% of W. Seems peanuts no?
Over 10 years, 5% each pass depletes an asset which is strategically internally safe
#Tungsten
What the helly actually, W scrap collection China is at 10%
Economics of building out a W scrap network & converting would've been 10x better than piling into spot bid on global market both on scrap & W powder side
And CCP only pushes scrap recycling capacity upgrades?
But if Tungsten is in deficit & you heavily source for military use, you actively stall manufacturing.
Tungsten can't be used in 2 places at once
Military use burns it up, manufacturing keeps it circulair, adding value & recyclable
VanEck flags #tungsten as a 'permanent shortage': China runs >50% of supply and is paying US scrapyards up to 5x to claw back drill bits and tooling. The rally cooled into March but is reaccelerating. Secondary supply can't close a structural deficit.

China dominates the minerals across the AI/semiconductor supply chain.
Not just as a seller - the largest processor globally in several minerals that they took decades to build.
Indium for optical modules. Tungsten for WF6 & Cutting tools. Rare earths used in all advanced technologies you could imagine. They refine 80–99% of it all.
"Secure what we lack. Tighten what we control." were their exact words.
A vague statement superficially.
I spent my time studying China's mining landscape and deciphered what they meant by it.
All free. For you to read.
To the AI/semiconductor supply chain experts here. Please help me complete the mineral-to-component map for AI infrastructure. I believe people in mining & semiconductor could greatly benefit from one another.
Together, we could give retail investors an information edge over the big boys.
The stakes went up immensely this day, on all sides.
FIFA overlapping with next week's volatility has me incredibly concerned
Yes this is vague posting but just be mentally on stand-by either way & call me a retard who is panicposting or some shit the week after lol
@levandovsky If i was a trader i'd have the time to build something that reduces the time intensity of research + monitoring
But i'm sometimes running 10 hour days for my dad lol
@levandovsky Possibly but like for me it's an easier workflow to just
-> Look at interesting macro that i feel i got an edge on & market misunderstands
-> Jump in a stock that seems best at that time
So i know:
1. When to exit sector & not monitor
2. When exit stock & not monitor
But for the next 30 years, when we get an AGI or something it'll just like humans that intend to build instead of destroy lol, it's not that deep if it sees a mention of violence. It wont crash out
AI's behavioural scaling shifts as self-readjusting reasoning flows & vectors optimise through the meta layers
Even 1 meta layer above current
Primary input data & said behavioural relevancy reduces to maybe 20% % pushing as live interactive data (how humans are, do) grows%
“Superintelligent AI will hate humans”
This is a myth arising from dystopian science fiction.
Some brilliant folks have caught the “AI is a weapon and dangerous” mindset virus.
In this interview I give an overview from my article on why.
Here is the antidote.
Listen up:
The very idea one could *know* even a miniscule part of how AGI could develop would be laughable pushing through not even 40% of existing & human understandable meta layers of one physics quadrant
Let alone when we feed it the prerequisites to compound into mutliple
Knifepoint being a reference to an external situation btw, like being robbed at a gas station.
Have to clarify since connotation has people running hardcoded prejudgments, this is more "pro" sided not anti btw lmao
Lololol like 98% of Western politicians/elites wouldn't get a handshake
One might've build a $2B empire, the Iranian's mind values backbone
If being put at knifepoint has you beg on your knees, instead of standing firm in your gucci shoes, be happy with a fist bump as handshake
>Realise they need 2 duplicate cross-checking encryption. >Tracks & encrypts the "allowed value changes" of encryp data
