Police have a suspect in a hospital gown detained in the backseat of the squad— apparently he tried to self harm by wrapping the seatbelt around his neck.

Watch as the cop repeatedly punches him in the head, slams the door on his skull and leaves him unresponsive.

At about 35 seconds in you see the cop “revive him” with what looks like a taser. Then he smashes his head into the door again.

Finally, they drag him ankle first from the squad car and throw him to the ground.

Is this type of behavior from our police officers ever OK?
