@samzarbt@mosesibb@dfinity Cloud engines are just Utopia renamed. And yes caffeine is important, it will be integrated with cloud engines so it's about to reach way more people.
How can you call it "new bullshit" when all the new functionalities actually work! It's not vaporware, it's real tech!
@BobMcge01401565@markcrypto8 I'm an ex-BTC maxi and ICP and KAS are my biggest conviction holdings.
KAS has the much cleaner thesis as internet speed sound money.
But ICP wouldn't be able to have such differentiated features without the dev tax. Just ask your AI of choice how its tech compares to XRP
@BobMcge01401565@markcrypto8 Nonsense.
ICP is more centralized than KAS, with inflationary and tokenomics issues. No argument there.
But this is a rare case where it is necessary to fund development.
ICP is not just a token ledger. It is sovereign, tamper resistant, AI compatible compute
@omniaicp Are you confident enough about the drop to sell a bit now?
I think you're right, too many longs and BTC is showing signs of weakness
Trimmed small amounts of my coins that had pumped the most (including ICP).
Have to keep most of my capital in play tho, never know when
@StudyKaspa@cryptorover Sorry for the multiple messages I'm limited by my character count.
I'll leave you alone now.
Just take it from an ex BTC maxi and current KAS (almost maxi) that there is some other tech worth checking out.
Be cautious but inquisitive
@StudyKaspa@cryptorover Also, what is the "decentralized hosting" KAS is supposed to run on?
Most crypto primarily runs on AWS and Google cloud which randomly goes down. How "decentralized" is that?
Flux offers some decentralized hosting for KAS but ICP can do the same and more with chain fusion
@StudyKaspa@cryptorover AI can run inside a tamper-resistant environment where its code, data, and state persist automatically on-chain, rather than relying on an external database or server.
These are forward looking solutions to ever growing problems.
ICP isn't looking to replace all IT
@StudyKaspa@cryptorover The main point of ICP's replicated canisters is tamper resistance. AI cyber crime is rambling up and ICP reduces the attack surface for server-side attacks -- thereβs no single server or cloud provider an attacker can compromise to alter the application or its data.
@StudyKaspa@cryptorover AI tells you what you want to hear based on prior shared context.
ICP's thesis is not to place all IT infrastructure into canisters. The team acknowledges that centralized servers are more efficient for many applications.
@StudyKaspa@cryptorover Generally I agree with you.
PoS chains tend to corrupt as founders have total economic power at their fingertips, and staking has a centralizing tendency.
But some tech is worth the inflation/dev tax.
Don't believe me. Stay open minded and study (ICP especially)
@MedalOfTokens@afaiocc Ridiculous... With inflation and time $1000 is definitely possible (but that price would be decades away)
$10 is an easy clear for this cycle
@StudyKaspa@cryptorover You're being nearly as wilfully obtuse as Bitcoiners are about Kaspa.
I love KAS but it is very immature as a defi/smart contracts platform.
Some PoS networks like ICP have very differentiated tech, even if it comes at the cost of heavy inflation/dev tax
@milanthapa0722 Nonsense. You're right that CBR going up will give a lot more stability to the price, but M2 increasing (global money supply) and capital rotation into crypto from gold -- AI -- crypto will cause ICP to keep going up regardless of CBR.
@Creedtalks@Bobkf62 Because it's one of the very few coins that has a BTC-like fair launch and PoW issuance.
Like BTC it is sound money, due to its hard capped supply and gradual, decentralized issuance with no premine or IPO.
Unlike BTC, it has next gen speed/low fees. Super undervalued
@Hustlepedia The chart looks similar to many coins in crypto. Main difference is that it launched in the middle of a euphoric bull run so the instant drop has worse aesthetics.
That and the idea is so ambitious that it was easy for FTX to artificially manipulate it to the upside!
@Center66696261@mosesibb Lmao "oh no some daily mint combined with robust deflationary mechanics"
While ztrash launched with a 20% dev tax and reinstated an ongoing 20% dev tax to be paid by miners.
And all this for a relatively simple coin that XMR already bested 10 years ago.
@elliotrades@camillofritz Sheep only have market consensus via parabolic price action to guide them. They don't understand anything deeper and it's why they'll never be early to a big trade.
And it's why they'll be late to a big trade like ztrash.
Ellio's gaming shitcoin dumped 98.5% vs ICP's 99%
@KellyCrypto88@elliotrades@camillofritz I'm sorry -- your critique of the community is the "cope"? Not of the retards fudding their own bags while we gain new capabilities, lowered inflation, UNDP pilots, and a steadily rising price floor?
Last cycle gave u PTSD I get it, but things look great moving forward
