Youth Focal Point for FP2030 Kyrgyzstan and a final-year law student, Bilima is a passionate advocate for young people’s rights and gender equality. Anand Sinha is the Senior Regional Advisor to the David & Lucile Packard Foundation’s Global Reproductive Health Initiative, leading strategy and grantmaking across South Asia and globally.

With over 29 years in public health, he has worked extensively on reproductive, maternal, child health, and infectious diseases. Previously, he led key initiatives at the Gates Foundation and began his career in community forestry with FES in Odisha.
