When you hold the keeper's arms and preventing them from making contact with the ball it's always been given as a foul. That was my point. Those Chelsea stills might show 'fouls' but not relevant to the point

@Andymb28 @Alan_Alger_ Different discussion points. It was a clear foul on Raya. Contact on a keeper like that have, in the most cases, always resulted in fouls. The utd and villa 'cases' are completely different to today's foul on Raya
