@SportingAnalyt1@BenBocsak If this season didn't prove to you that Frimpong isn't a RW, I don't what to say. He has no flair, his decision-making in the final 3rd hasn't improved since Leverkusen & is too weak to out muscle anyone. All he can do is knock the ball past someone & hope he can run around them
๐จ๐จ Florentino Perez: "I will make an offer for a MASSIVE SUPERSTAR next week.
He is a CRISTIANO RONALDO TYPE SUPERSTAR.
People will NOT BELIEVE IT."
We need to sell Szobo this summer. I bet Real Madrid has already contacted him and his agent to run his contract down. Exactly like they did with Trent and Ibou. The Bank of Coutinho funds ran out last summer. Time to get a new card, the Bank of Szoboszlai.
@SportingAnalyt1@BenBocsak I don't trust Frimpong either and never understood why we signed him even though he is HG and was cheap. Without selling Frimpong, I don't see us going for 2 RBs.
My ideal FBs going into next season would be Kerkez/Robinson(scouse btw) and Porro/Banjaqui.
I might get stick for this, but Hughes is a top sporting director. I think he definitely left Slot short last season. Unfortunately, like a GK, mistakes at this level have a huge impact. He was also given a mess with contract situations and did good all things considered.
@SportingAnalyt1@BenBocsak I'm in agreement with you about Banjaqui, but I disagree that it has to be alongside a 1st choice. Ideally, yes, but would we have the funds for both? Also, if get Banjaqui, I would get Porro. Palestra,Kayode are too close in age. Porro at 27 is perfect.

My opinion on the RB target for Liverpool revolves around what the club think of Conor Bradley. If the club are looking to sell next summer, I'd bring in Daniel Banjaqui from Benfica. He just turned 18 and will count as club HG in 3 years. If not, then Palestra, Kayode or Porro.
I am watching ESPNFC and Rodrigo Faez, a journalist, said that Perez stopped pursuing Ibou after January. It was only when Mourinho was set to become the new manager that Madrid reignited their interest. So, Ibou was going to resign for Liverpool until Mourinho was in the picture
BRUTAL indictment of @bariweiss by Scott Pelley:
"For my part, new management has instructed me to inject falsehoods and bias into a politically sensitive story. Iโve been told to include assertions that are unverified." Then it gets worse...
Scott Pelley issues new statement after being fired by CBS for opposing their pro-MAGA bias:
โNew management has instructed me to inject falsehoods and bias into a politically sensitive story. Iโve been told to include assertions that are unverified. To date, in every case, I have managed to ignore these instructions or refuse them.
Recently, politicians have been invited to choose correspondents for interviews on the broadcast. Giving politicians control over 60 Minutes interviews is not how this is done.
Finally, incompetence and unprofessionalism in the new management have wreaked havoc. In a case involving one of my stories, the entire program came within 19 minutes of not getting on the air at all.โ
