May your arrows be ever green.

Just the 9 DGW players for me. Didn’t want to rip my team up too much, so kept Kane & Son. DCL to Antonio my only transfer. Salah TC. Good luck all!

[The FPLephant @FPLephant]

So true of FPL Twitter too.

[Chaminda Jayanetti @cjayanetti]

Absolutely nobody cares if you called it.

[The FPLephant @FPLephant]

Oo-er missus!

[FML FPL @FMLFPL]

[The FPLephant @FPLephant]

50 minutes and counting...

[The FPLephant @FPLephant]

Still, I remain hopeful. This is me today. All chips still to play. Rashford (C).

[The FPLephant @FPLephant]

I’ve been struggling this season, largely because I’m one of the six FPL managers who have yet to own Vardy.

[The FPLephant @FPLephant]

A very happy Boxing Day to those of you kind enough still to follow me. I wish you all a bucketload of points today.

[FPL Statistics @FPLStatistics]

The highest overall ranked "inactive/dead/zombie/set and forget" team remains as David Kolovson's "Team ZZ", which currently sits 19,005. Kolovson's "Team ZZ" is currently beating 99.7% of all users having made 0 total transfers this season. #FPL

[The FPLephant @FPLephant]

@BenDinnery 100,001. The moment has passed.

[The FPLephant @FPLephant]

Fun fact: At the time of writing @BenDinnery has precisely 100,000 followers.

[The FPLephant @FPLephant]

And Gomez (also in my team) stretchered off. #feelsbadman

[The FPLephant @FPLephant]

Captain Salah and vice captain Sterling both miss out for me. Then Kane scores. Oof! Not a good GW.

[The FPLephant @FPLephant]

In that case, I think Jesus will be my replacement.

[The FPLephant @FPLephant]

Pretty sure they give you 10 consolation points to help you feel better.

[Ben Dinnery @BenDinnery]

Serious question.....

What happens when your captain AND vice-captain miss out?

#MCFC #FPLdisaster

[The FPLephant @FPLephant]

I’m not so sure. Their xGA numbers have been very good all season. Still an excellent option at the cost, IMO.

[Nick @NickTriggerlips]

We kind of knew already, but Doherty can confidently be played due to his attacking ability but the rest of the Wolves defence are now confirmed as to have been overhyped and not worth considering in anything but the very easiest of fixture

[The FPLephant @FPLephant]

You know Pep’s confident it’s all over when he brings on Phil Foden.

[The FPLephant @FPLephant]

I’ll look at some numbers later, but I feel as though the case for Sterling over Hazard became a bit stronger today.

[The FPLephant @FPLephant]

9 from 5 so far. Not an ideal start to the GW.

[The FPLephant @FPLephant]

@moris_fc Plan RUINED.
