Palestinian child Ayham Nasman is the sole survivor of his family, following an Israeli airstrike that targeted a residential building in Gaza and killed his parents and three siblings.
Israeli settlers, under the protection of Israeli forces, assaulted activists attempting to reach and repair a home that had previously been attacked in the village of Jurish, south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
watch this segment of the interview I did with @briebriejoy, then watch the clip of Zohran Mamdani's speech yesterday.
and tell me if you think he watched my interview with Briahna Joy Gray. It could be a coincidence that he uses the same historic figure in the exact interview I cited (among countless interviews) and made the same point about solidarity when it's unpopular.
Joy Reid on the I've Had It Podcast: "I went to a meeting of CBC members in Mississippi and I didn't get any applause for it but I told them from the stage: you all have to divorce AIPAC."
"That divorce needs to happen now because as long as AIPAC money is flowing into your coffers you're never gonna be truly free to tell the truth about our foreign policy."
The last time Palestinians tried the whole Gandhi/MLK non-violent protest thing, which was a year after you were first elected to Congress, the Israelis responded by gunning them down in cold blood, and you completely ignored it.
💔🇵🇸My son will be born in just a few 🚨💔days… and I don’t even have a single diaper for him.
Today, during an ultrasound, the doctor told us that my baby boy is ready to come into this world.
Alhamdulillah for everything, but I swear I have not been able to prepare anything for him.
There is no crib to keep him safe from the rats, no clothes to welcome him, no diapers, and none of the basic things a newborn needs.
I’m sorry, my little one. I’m sorry that you will be born during a war, and that I cannot give you the welcome every baby deserves. I still pray that our situation will change and that one day we can return to the life we had before the war.
If you are able to help, please consider donating any amount, even $5. Your support could help me buy diapers, baby clothes, and a few essential items before he arrives.
Please don’t let him come into this world with nothing. Imagine he were your own child.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who donates or shares our story. 🤍https://t.co/02eRteZYDH
If you would like to verify our situation before donating, you are welcome to message me privately. I am happy to arrange a video call and answer any questions you may have.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for any support you can offer. 🤍
My heart is heavy with sorrow. 💔
There are only 10 days left until my rent is due, and I am still in debt from my son's surgery. I have not yet been able to afford the rest of his treatment. On top of that, we don't have enough food.
