Abana noted that the continuous non-compliance of some govt. agencies with the FRA has negatively impacted on the Federal govt. revenue adding that the Commission's template for calculating operating surplus is explicit and easy to implement pointing out that agencies that /4

In his first address to staff, Abana called for collective commitment to sustaining and advancing the Commission’s achievements. He emphasized the importance of teamwork in driving the Agency’s mission and vision.
He urged staff to reaffirm their dedication to the FRC's goals.

“The law mandates the Budget Office at the end of every quarter to publish the Budget Implementation Report and send to the National Assembly and to the Commission as well as put it up on their website for citizens but this is hardly the case”
