33% of the worldwide military spending is spent by 1 country. I'm sure you can figure out which country that is. And yet we can't figure out a way to fund things like youth programs.

Im sure I speak for many people when I say that I want that money to go towards things like youth programs (and other programs that actually improve society as a whole). Europe does this in a much smaller scale and it works. Why are we trying to reinvent the wheel and shove capitalistic enshittification into things like sports?

Only rich kids can play in the top tier of sports, effectively limiting access to only 0.5-1% of the population, and we are confused why we can't foster top talent.

So tired of the constant greed thats infected everything in the US. Its silently destroying everything.
