Prices probably will go higher tonight on mounting concern over Russian takeover of Ukraine (US State Dept advising all Americans to evacuate Ukraine). Reuters reports any interruption to the flow of grain out of the Black Sea region is likely to have a major impact on prices.
I randomly came across a map the other day showing the size of USA vs. Vietnam. I forgot how big Vietnam actually is! 🇻🇳
So a U.S. grain barge on a long journey might travel roughly the length of Vietnam on its way to the Gulf...
