@Kohls customer service (?) says we will have to reorder online. Why are we bothering with Kohl’s if they don’t get it right and can’t help. Love to have an answer
@Kohls ordered a birthday gift and a couple of tshirts to avoid shipping charges. Both shirts xxl. Items arrived, tshirts are a large and medium. Bring them back to the store, they can’t reorder the correct ones because they were purchased online.
@VerizonSupport who at vz decided to make the vz fios app so worthless. No tv guide , no ability to record to the dvr, you know I’m a customer but keep presenting shopping/sales for services I already have. Took a useful app and made it a sales pitch
@TeamTurboTax I needed to file two different state returns this year. I paid for both but was unable to use one of them and needed to file a paper return.
I cannot find how to request a refund of that state download charge anywhere.

@Intuit state efile failed, had to mail return. Looking for refund. Called TurboTax support, sent a link to intuit. All articles are people requesting refunds from 2021. How can I request my refund
