@IRCTCofficial My uncle partially canceled a ticket bit refund was not generated. After 5 days app said to file TDR to get the refund. When I tried to do so it says out of date. I can provide you details. Kindly help me to get his refund.

@PhonePeSupport Received my money back. But unfortunately I don't trust or recommend Phonepe to anyone. Worst service, no support. Unstalling from each phone of family. If you don't know how to make payments, thn why you guys are even running the App. Worst payment option ever.

I booked ticket from @IRCTCofficial App again the amount was debited and ticket was not booked. Pathetic service. This happened for the third time in raw. Says amount will be refunded in 3 days but last two times it took 19 days. Deleting it once receive the cash

I tried to book a ticket with irctc all with phone pe. The amount was debited but ticket was not book. I have not received the refund yet. None of your customer care executives helps. Each one of you drops the point on other.

Irctc says we refunded to the payment gateway. Phone pe says irctc has not confirmed it yet. Bank says we can't help in UPI transaction. Stop abusing the costumer. This is pathetic. Kindly help me out @IRCTCofficial @bankofbaroda @PhonePeSupport

@IRCTCofficial I tried to book a ticket for 19th May and make payment with @PhonePeSupport . The amount was debited but ticket was not book bc of server issue of IRCTC app. The amount is not refunded yet. Both IRCTC and Phonepe executive are not supporting in any way.

I have done a recharge on 23/04/22 by MyJio App of R.395. The amount was deducted from my account but recharge was unsuccessful and received the msg that I'll get it back within 10 days. But I have not received my amount yet.
