Dr. Jianglai Wu designed a curved light sheet microscope for high-speed, large-volume imaging. He imaged an entire intact cleared mouse brain at a voxel size of 0.625 × 0.625 × 1.25 μm3 within just 3 hours, eliminating the need for image tiling. This significantly saves time and, when combined with PEGASOS tissue clearing, allows for mesoscale projectome mapping at an unprecedented speed.
