@airshipcrimson it feels like emulation now is being used as a dunk on fans of consoles and hardware rather than just a cool accessibility/preservation tool or even one for piracy. I am very pro emulation, I have a thor, its amazing what the tool can do. but i hate how its used anymore
@lambocalypse as someone whos flown all his life due to family being every which way, the few times i took a train over flying was 1000000% better than a flight.
@saeedemon25 i remember being upset we were moving on from fields as i thought he was young and still had time to change, but man i love being proven wrong
@_R_E_V_I_X_Y_ i gave a point to argue, you made a meme, I just assumed you were going to approach this in bad faith. read a book on oratory rhetoric for me and come back in a few months when you can express yourself beyond images
@nyxforeverdark i just never got the hype. he was a semi funny lets player who was not doing anything overly stand-out from the average person in the genre with no upload schedule?
@DeathMetalV@PaulTassi it was a gross estimation of how many people actually play video games, especially within one specific state, plus how many people align with what is publicly perceived as the "expensive war fuck you party", plus gamers are largely more progressive than anything
@_R_E_V_I_X_Y_@damnidc__ or maybe there have been court cases about how the usage of AI to generate CSAM is a real issue? what part of pointing out a real issue is a self own?
@dehgrape im not gonna lie i had a switch 2 and a steamdeck and at a point the steamdeck was just an objectively worse experience in almost every single way possible. i sold the deck, grabbed a thor and now i have everything covered
