@UbisoftSupport Thank for now. After two months, I received an email stating that my appeal had been received and that it could take 28 days for a response. The ticket was then immediately closed. Could you please tell me if anyone is still working on my case Case 25728316

@Shiiny77 so on r6 fix, Y10 S3 There was a known issue with the mousetrap AntiCheat, that was even confirmed and investigated on their server. To this day, it has not yet been completely resolved.

@Shiiny77 That will likely lead to even more bans due to an unoptimized anti-cheat system. I was banned two months ago because of a false "mouse trap" detection, even though I’ve been playing with a controller for 10 years.
