However, he posted that info at 10:52am locally and originally reported it on the 6th. The tip supposedly originated from Proctor’s wife.

@little_foot777 @knittynattie If it’s a default judgment and not a dismissal, that would mean he found Karen Read liable (same as a guilty verdict in criminal court). The trial would only be on how much money she owes the O’Keefe’s. That would be bad. He also has stayed Proctor’s deposition at the moment

@michelleL_13 @BrotherCounsel Forgot to add… Aiden’s tweet was posted at 10:52am on the 8th. It came from his original reporting on the 6th and was a possible tip tied to Proctor’s wife. The Judge had a bitch fit over false info. The only person who benefits at this point: PROCTOR
