The paper demonstrates benefits over λ Red & shows how oligos scale to high throughput libraries.
Not an April fool! Our paper is out on Nature Comm. We show that bacterial nucleoid structuring protein H-NS can be dislodged, from a distance, by the twisting in the DNA generated ahead of approaching RNA polymerase.
