I agree with President John Mahama of Ghana. He spoke clearly, in no ambiguous terms, like a statesman. John understands the issues better.

What he delivered at the UNGA is instructive.

Africa is not ready, & I agree with him. John said that Africa must put its house in order before asking for concessions. What have you done with the AU, ECOWAS, AfCFTA, & conflicts?

Have you fed the continent? Have you created conditions for wealth creation? Have you even domesticated the trade agreement on the continent? Do you even have interconnectivity?

How easy is it to fly within Africa?

Power is not served à la carte. Bola Tinubu told me so. Look to Ibrahim Traoré; he is making the continent proud. If you want permanent seats on the Security Council, then fix your home.
