@JumiaNigeria I’m used to shopping on Amazon, & whenever I have an issue, I’m used to receiving good customer service and having the issue resolved. One of the main reasons I choose Jumia is because you guys position yourselves as the closest thing to the Amazon shopping experience in Nigeria.

@JumiaNigeria Why isn’t the product description clear enough to state that this particular model does not support eSIM? Isn’t it the seller’s and Jumia’s responsibility to ensure important product information is clearly provided? Now you have my money AND my phone. I need my money back.

@British_Airways I’ve flown countless airlines worldwide, and this is by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had. After hours of delays, my diabetic mother finally got home WITHOUT her luggage. Her medication and blood sugar supplies are inside. Completely unacceptable. DELIVER HER LUGGAGE🙄

@British_Airways THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. My mother is diabetic and unwell. She flew 6½ hours overnight from Lagos to Heathrow, arriving at 5:20 AM today, only to have her BA1474 Heathrow–Glasgow flight cancelled. She has now been left at Heathrow for HOURS🥲😩🥺😡
