But I'm not sure it's all about eating meat. It's probably about the quality of the meat. And not eating bad stuff.
I haven't had red meat since 1998 (chicken I quit in 2016). And people put me at under 35. But I'm 48.

@Davidltjx @Chris_CDC @DonaldJTrumpJr Look again. It's not. One of the staircases has a door with a handle visible on the left hand side, at the bottom of stairs. With your theory, the other one should then have a door on the right - it doesn't have any door at all.
