Finally enjoying lifting for the first time in a long time + crushing 10,000 steps a day for the last 2 months straight.

New overall goal is 185 pounds with more muscle. Currently 197.

@ResoluteMaverik Lowkey felt. I have cysts throughout my body and one particular on my left wrist that comes back every year making it hard to enjoy anything due to the pain.
