A woman has just given birth.
Everybody is happy. Then suddenly, she starts bleeding.
This is postpartum haemorrhage, and when it happens, no one has time to ask where the drug, tranexamic acid or TXA is.
That drug, Tranexamic acid can help reduce deaths from bleeding when it is given early after PPH starts.
So if a facility is providing emergency obstetric care, TXA should not be something they start looking for when the emergency has started.
It should be there.
As a man, if your wife is preparing to give birth, ask if the facility has TXA available. Same thing if you’re pregnant and preparing for delivery.
Ask questions. Know what is available.
Prepare before the emergency comes.
RT so that expectant mothers and fathers can see this very important message.

They said Nigeria will be wasting 19 trillion Naira every year if the the fuel subsidy was restored!

this WHITEBOARD explainer just leveled up.
now it's a real person standing at the board, lip-synced, actually writing while she talks
her eyes stay on the board the whole time she's mid-stroke, only glancing at the camera between marks. that one detail is what makes it read as a real person teaching something instead of an avatar reciting lines
quick workflow:
- lock the actor once, straight-on with a blank board, camera perpendicular so nothing keystones
- write the dialogue as one continuous script, split into clips with word-for-word timestamps matched to each stroke
- a gaze rule keeps her eyes on the board mid-write, camera only between strokes
- frame-chain each clip's last frame into the next, lock the board state explicitly so nothing gets redrawn
- when chaining voice across clips, lock accent and pitch only, forbid repeating dialogue, or the next clip quietly re-says lines already spoken
took a few failed attempts to get the board angle, the gaze, and the voice chaining all working together without breaking each other
RT + reply 'BOARD' and i'll send you the full production doc, every prompt, every fix, all of it (must follow so i can DM)
the difference between a decent ad and one that scales for months is usually the angle
average ads explain what the product does
great ads show what happens if the customer ignores the problem
they make a small risk feel urgent, turn the consequence into the hook, then position the product as the obvious escape
that’s why fear-based ads work so well when they’re done properly
i put together a guide with the strongest fear-based hooks, structures and real examples
rt + comment “fearads” and i’ll send it
