My office timing is 10 AM. I had booked this bus as on Paytm this bus was showing that the bus will reach by 6:25 AM in the morning. Now it's almost 9 Am and still Didn't reach the destination. My salary will be deducted. Who is responsible? Paytm or bus co. ?

What's the use of travelling in an AC bus if the ac is turned off and paying extra than regular bus fares? Request you to look into the issue and inform the AC bus conductors to not turn off AC if there are more than 10 passengers in small AC Bus.

@myBESTBus @myBESTElectric @mybmc @Mumbai @narendramodi @MTPHereToHelp People choose AC bus over normal bus so they can travel comfortably and not sweat during traveling. Today the conductor of this bus turned off the AC just because one passenger was feeling cold. (1)

What about other passengers? Ac buses are packed so the cooling stays and people don't suffocate. I told the conductor to turn on the ac at normal temperature as it was hot inside of bus and tell that passenger to adjust his ac duct but he refused to do so. (2)

@BHiren I have to take the regular BEST Bus which is over crowded and for a 20 mins journey (Ghatkopar to Bkc) it takes almost an hour because it halts at every stop and because of traffic it becomes a very uncomfortable journey.

Alot of old people were shouting for help but they couldn't as there was no way to get out of the crowd. If the same thing continues then no one will have will to visit next time.

@LalbaugchaRaja People come to take the blessings of God for inner peace but it is sad to look at, experience and say that this time there was no proper management in Lalbaug 2022. It was stamped like situation. The volunteers miserably failed to maintain a proper line.

and spoil peoples wish to take blessings of God who were already in line for long hours. The police and volunteers who were present at the location could not properly manage people to get in line. The saddest part is seeing old people being crushed in this kind of crowd,
