@SKECHERSUSA very disappointed with how the quality has gone down the hill. Bought a pair of shoes 3 months ago and they've worn down already with minimal use. Customer service didn't help at all, claiming I've used them and there's no warranty. You've lost a loyal customer!

@Fidomobile I was charged $228 for long distance charges when my package includes 1000 free international minutes. Spoke to customer service for 90 mins with no resolution. SUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH FIDO!! Would never recommend to anyone.

@holland_barri placed online orders on 24th Nov and cancelled the same day. It's 17th Dec now and haven't received my refund yet. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Order# 9011557478 and 9011558244. Customer service chat has a long wait time!!!

@AEO Very Disappointed! Ordered tshirts on 70% off 3 weeks ago but the parcel went missing and nobody informed me. Called customer service multiple times and they are offering me 20% off next purchase instead of my actual 70% since the ones I ordered are not in stock anymore. 👎

@scotiabank my TD card is way better in cash back. I got it 2 yrs ago in the same 10% CB deal, they fulfilled their promise without any delays and I'm still using the card to this date.

@scotiabank (1/2) EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the Momentum Visa. The ad mentioned 10% Cash Back in first 3 months, and 4% on groceries and fuel. I spent $1800 in 2 weeks and only got $18 in CB. I'll pay it off and get it closed, and will NEVER recommend scotia cards to anyone.

@scotiabank (2/2) when I called customer care, I was informed that the 10% cash back will appear on my statement in almost 7 months. Fancy advertising with a catch. You're loosing a customer forever.

@TD_Canada extremely disappointed!!! Transferred cash to my cousin using TD app, it's been 10 days and he hasn't received it yet. Bank wants 10 more days to investigate so basically my money has gone missing and TD doesn't know where it is. Can't trust the bank with my assets!

@AirCanada I have filled out the form online last night. Please I need support here. I had paid $100 to Air Canada and Lufthansa charged me another $100+ for my pet which is not right. "AC" re-scheduled the flight, I should not be paying for additional charges.

@AirCanada I had a flight from DXB to YYZ that was later re-scheduled by AC for me to fly with Lufthansa instead. I had paid for my pet in cabin but was charged again by Lufthansa. Why do I have to pay twice? It's very Disappointing! Please refund my money!

@CanBorder I am moving back to Canada for good and would like to bring 4 to 5 cartons of cigarettes for my personal use. Is it legal as long as I declare them to CBSA and pay duty for each carton? How much would be the duty for each carton?

@CitImmCanada (Part 2) My PR card expires in July 2024. Which means I can still complete 3 years in Canada before PR expiry even if I land in Feb 2021. Would moving this late effect my PR status or citizenship application in the future? Looking forward to your advice.

@KSAmofaEN I was supposed to go for Umrah last week which was cancelled as per KSA govt announcement.
My visa was not approved and AED 1,600 are still stuck with my travel agent here in Dubai.
As per them, there is no news from KSA on the refund yet.
