@norootcause@sboots People will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have, if you give them something they want in exchange for doing it. The perceived value of the thing they want needs to be higher (to them) than the perceived value of not acting.

One impact of COVID on our work was having to close our in-person Usability Space where we tested new tools with clients. Proud to say we've managed to move usability testing fully online, and are even recruiting clients for testing right from the IRCC website. #usability#CX
