Learning being viewed as part of the job is definitely one important angle and folks 100% should spend some time, at least weekly if not daily, learning
But it shouldn’t stop there. Funding should be available for furthering education, certifications & conferences
Agility requires distributed decision making
Distributed decision making requires trust
Trust requires demonstrating ability & expertise
Expertise requires continuous education & training
