@Sonos@Food52 Still no fix for the 14.6 update that broke the Arcs connectivity to rear speakers/sub? Complete radio silence from @sonos for 2 months. Loads of customers with unusable systems. Beware if you're thinking of buying an Arc!!
@loebkesman@Sonos The problem is that they released a version of software 14.6 and had no plan to roll back if needed because of new hardware being introduced over these next few months.

@Sonos I have replied, although I'm not sure how you can remedy the situation, as the reply from @sonos employee "Corry P" in this thread says you "cannot replicate the issue", which is astounding as it seems hundreds of Arc users all have the same problem..
