🆕WFP sends a four-barge convoy from Renk, South Sudan, carrying 1,000 metric tons of aid destined for Kosti, via the White Nile river.

I am outraged by the killing of three @WFP staff members in Sudan after a field office was hit by aerial bombardment.
2024 is the deadliest year on record for aid workers in Sudan. Despite significant threats to their safety, they continue to do all they can to provide vital support wherever needed.
