It was great to stand alongside @kathrynbarger, Lancaster Police Chief Armalin, Lancaster Sheriff’s Captain Bartlett, and Stan Muhammed of The HELPER Foundation, and share the ways we’re working together to uplift youth in our district. My office also presented Congressional certificates to those recognized for their service and dedication to our community
